1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 egg beaten
1 C. corn flakes
1 C. milk
1/2 t. onion powder
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. celery salt
1/2 t. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and form into loaf, or several small loaves. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.

Glaze - Brown sugar (1/2 C.), dry or prepared mustard (1 T) and 1/4 C. vinegar. Pour glaze over top after 20 minutes of baking.

This recipe is from Evelyn Hadley, Bobby Hopkins' aunt. She used to bring it regularly to church pitch-ins. Every Christmas dinner, I serve this - but I have to multiply the recipe by 3!
