2 lbs. chuck steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
1/3 C. soy sauce
4 C. water
2 t. salt
1 t. garlic
1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
4 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed
6 carrots, sliced
3 small onions, quartered
1 C. chopped celery
1/2 C. flour
3/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate beef cubes in soy sauce for at least one hour, turning occasionally to coat. Place meat in 12-inch skillet; add water, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce; cover and simmer for one hour or till meat is almost tender. Add vegetables; cook till tender, about 20 minutes. Blend flour and water til smooth; add to mixture and bring to boil stirring constantly; cook one minute.
