1 (16oz) pkg. lasagna noodles
1-1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 pkg italian sausage (skin removed)
Olive oil
1 green pepper, chopped
2 (48 oz) jars spaghetti sauce (like Prego with fresh mushrooms)
1 medium can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz) jar sliced mushrooms
6 eggs
3 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese
3 (12 oz) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles (or use no bake noodles) according to package directions; drain and set aside. Brown ground beef and sausage ; drain. In a Dutch oven, heat a scant amount of olive oil; add green pepper and cook until crisp and tender. Drain off oil. Add beef and sausage mixture, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Heat thoroughly. In a separate bowl, combine eggs and cream cheese; mix well. Grease either a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish and one loaf pan or 3 (8x8 ) dishes. Alternate 3 layers of noodles, sauce, cheese and egg mixture, and Mozzarella cheese. Spray top with Pam. Cook at 350º, uncovered for 30 minutes. For extra dishes, cover with heavy-duty foil and put in a freezer bag. To serve, thaw in refrigerator overnight and cook as directed above.
