1 stick butter
1-2 onion
celery
6 potatoes, unpeeled
4 carrots, unpeeled
1 bag frozen white fish
evaporated milk

melt 1 stick butter, add chopped onion (1-2) and celery, Add water to a little more than cover vegetables when you add carrots (chopped carrots and unpeeled carrots) about 6 potatoes, 3 carrots (peeled), and celery, Cook potatoes and carrots til soft, then add fish (frozen in bag). 5 minutes til fish is cooked and turns white
(can use white fish, cod, salmon, tilapia)
Add 1 bag of fish. Pour in evaporated milk at end. add water
