8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 T lemon juice
4 oz chopped black olives
4 oz chopped green chilies, drained
4 green onions, chopped
1 pkg (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 (8 oz) jar picante sauce or salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, black olives, green chilies and onions. Spread a layer of this mixture on each tortilla. Roll up tortilla in a jellyroll fashion and refrigerate for several hours. Cut each roll into 5-7 bite sized pieces. Secure each piece with a toothpick. Serve with picante or salsa for dipping.
