1 pound braunschweiger liver sausage
1 -3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic, optional
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard

2 -3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine braunschweiger, 1 pkg. cream cheese, onion, worchestershire sauce and 1 tsp. mustard.
Beat until smooth, pack mixture in small plastic bowl, lined with plastic wrap.
Chill thoroughly.
Shape into ball, place into center of serving dish.

Combine remaining cream cheese and mustard.
Spread evenly over ball.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
