3 cups cooked white rice
1 pkg of bacon - cooked and chopped into bits
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup cooked peas
3 chopped green onion
3 to 4 hard boiled then peeled and diced eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped/shredded carrot
1 chopped celery stalk (optional)
1/2 cup soy sauce - more if desired
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook 3 cups of rice. Set aside. Cut 1 pkg of bacon into small chunks , fry until cooked but still chewy . Set aside. Boil 3 or 4 eggs, shell and dice. Set aside. Steam 1 cup of peas. Set aside. In a large wok or deep frying pan, saute 1/2 cup white onion in 3 teaspoons of butter. Add rice, and all the rest of the ingredients to wok stirring frequently. Salt and Pepper to taste.
