4 c. sliced, nippy Cheddar cheese (1 lb.)
3/4 c. cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese over hot, not boiling, water. (Never let cheese boil.) Gradually stir in rest of ingredients. Serve at once on toast, with pickles.
