1 lb fish filets
1 T lemon juice
1/8 tsp paprika
1T butter
1 T AP flour
Dash of salt & pepper
1/2 C milk
1/4 C buttered bread crumbs
1 T parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut filets into serving size pieces. Place on a greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, salt & pepper.
In a saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour. Add a dash of salt & pepper. Add milk.
Cook & stir until thick and bubbly. Pour sauce over filets & sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
