1-2lbs cubed cooked chicken (or leftover turkey ,white meat cubed)
1-2 boxes chicken stuffing mix
1 cup finely diced or julienned carrots ( and celery if desired )
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken up into cubes and cook in skillet until browned and cooked through.Set aside
Prepare stuffing according to package directions in skillet adding carrots and celery to water with seasoning.
Mix soup and milk together .
Top stuffing with chicken pieces, and then pour soup mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and stir gently.
Cover and heat through at low heat.
