Personal Notes:
The strawberry salad was one of the favorite recipes always served at Auburn Union when I was a Catering Assistant. Read the story under the Maryland Turkey recipe.

The menu for entertaining at Auburn Union was usually Maryland Turkey or Roast Beef, a green vegetable, usually green beans with almonds, rice or crème potatoes, Strawberry Salad, rolls and a choice of desserts. Very sweet tea was always served.
