1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
3 tsp Cinnamon
3-4 Granny Smith Apples - Cored, Sliced, and Peeled
1/2 Cup dried Cranberries
1 Loaf French or Italian Bread
6-7 Lg eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and stir in Brown Sugar and 1 tsp Cinnamon. Stir in Apples and dried Cranberries until evenly coated. Put into a 9x13 dish. Cut bread into 1 inch slices (then cut slices in half if too big) and put bread slices on top of the Apple & Cranberry mixture. Mix together Eggs, Milk, 2 tsp Cinnamon, and Vanilla. Pour on top of bread, coating each piece well.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Covered, bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 min. You can turn on the broiler for 1-2 min to brown the top of the french toast a little bit. Serve with syrup.
