2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. cauliflower flowerets
2 c. julienned carrots, 2"x 1/4" square
12 oz. fettucine noodles
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. heavy cream, room temp.
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, steam the vegetables until crisp-tender, and still colorful. Keep warm.
Cook the fettucine according to package directions; drain the noodles thoroughly just before using, but keep hot.
In a large serving bowl, mix the noodles, butter or margarine, cream, and cheese. Add the steamed vegetables and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle individual servings with a little parsley and serve immediately. Have Parmesan cheese on the table if someone should desire a bit more.
