1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
3 T. firmly packed light brown sugar
2 T. cider vinegar
1 T. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. margarine
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean the Brussels sprouts by cutting off the bottom 1/16" of stem and discarding the loose outer leaves. Rinse and drain, then steam for 8 to 10 minutes. When sprouts are nearly done (about 5 minutes into their cooking cycle), combine the brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, margarine and salt in a wide frying pan over medium-high heat. When mixture bubbles, stir in the sprouts, and turn them to coat them evenly. Serve immediately.
