6 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb smoked sausage
1 jar roasted red pepper alfredo sauce (or whatever type you prefer)
12 oz bag of frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
Panko bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cook the pasta according to the box for al dente. About 2 minutes before the pasta is done, toss in the frozen vegetables to cook with it.

Drain and mix with cut up smoked sausage and alfredo sauce.
Place in buttered casserole dish and season.
Top with bread crumbs and bake until warmed through, about 30 minutes.
