2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
8 oz. Ditalini pasta (I found Barilla at Walmart)
2 28oz cans diced tomatoes
1 16oz can kidney beans
1 16oz can white beans
30 oz beef broth
3 tsp Oregano
2 tsp pepper
5 tsp parsley flakes
1 20oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp tobacco or a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain.

Add ground beef and all remaining ingredients, except pasta, to large crock pot.

Cook on low 7-8 hours or 4-5 on high.

Add pasta last 30 minutes or until tender.

This recipe makes a ton of soup. You can also make on top of stove in large dutch oven. Cook on low simmer for one hour. Cook pasta separately and add at the end or add to soup for last 20 minutes (or until tender).
