Ingredients:
15 ounce box of oyster crackers

1/3 cup dry parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon pepper (or lemon-dill seasoning)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg of Hidden Valley Original Ranch dip/dressing (not buttermilk)

Directions:
Put the oyster crackers in a large bowl.
Whisk the other ingredients together well..
Pour over the crackers and stir well until all are coated.

Preheat the oven to 275º
Spread the coated crackers in a large pan with sides *I used the broiler pan base. This is so you have room to stir the crackers at least twice while they bake for 10-12 minutes.
After taking them from the oven to a wire rack, stir again to make sure none have stuck to the pan. Cool before serving.

I made several batches of these for neighbor Christmas gifts, and all liked them.
Good for snacks while watching sports. They will disappear before your eyes.
