2. cups fresh cranberries
1 & 1/2 cups water
3/4 cups sugar
1 small pkg cherry gelatin
1/3 cup celery, chopped small
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cranberries in the water until soft. Add sugar and cook 5 minutes. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Chill until partially congealed.
Add Celery, salt, walnuts and pineapple (if desired).
Pour into a ring mold or a 8 in square glass baking dish,or individual molds, and chill until it is set.
