1 C. flour
3/4 C. oatmeal
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 C. rhubarb
2 T. corn starch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. sugar
1 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Press 1/2 of mixture in 9x9 pan, cover with rhubarb. Cook corn starch, sugar, vanilla and water until clear. Pour over rhubarb and cover with remaining flour mixture. Bake @ 350º for 1 hour
