2 Cups - Beef Bullion
2/3 Cup - Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup - Soy Sauce

1 Can - Sliced mushrooms

1/4 teaspoon Lawry's seasoning salt
1/2 to 1 teaspoon - liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast, fat side up on rack. Insert meat thermometer into center of thickest muscle, away from fat and bone. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Roast in 275 Degrees to 300 Degrees for 30 minutes per pound. Desired temperature of meat (140 - rare, 150 - medium, 160 - Well done). Let roast sit for 10 minutes before carving across the grain.

Combine all ingredients and heat to boiling. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over sliced roast beef. (For best flavor refrigerate beef slices in au jus 4 hours or overnight). To heat, place in 325 degrees for 30 minutes to 1 hour. "A slow cooker may also be used if you plan on feeding 80+ hungry mouths"
