Prepared Pizza Crust, refrigerated or Canned biscuits
18 Pepperoni slices
1/2 cup Pizza sauce
1 tbsp Butter, melted
1 cup Cheese (Mozzarella is great!)
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Italian seasoning, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400º. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick oil.

Roll out the pizza crust and cut it into 6 equal sized squares or you can use canned rolls...just smash them flat.
In the middle of each dough piece, spoon a good size scoop of pizza sauce, shredded cheese and pepperoni.
Fold the dough over onto itself and use a fork to press along the edges of the triangle. Use a fork to press along the edges of the triangle to seal it closed.
Put the triangles on the sheet, brushing each with butter, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
