Ingredients: 1 package Cool Whip 1 cup powdered sugar 1 can pie filling (or your favorite cheesecake topping) 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.) 3 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp vanilla

Directions: |
Directions:Whip softened cream cheese until smooth, then whip with powdered sugar, add milk and vanilla and whip again. Add the Cool Whip and whip until smooth again. It works best if you make sure it is smooth before adding the cool whip. You make sure it is creamy smooth after each thing you add before adding the next one. Whip until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with pie filling. (We like fresh strawberries, cleaned and cut and stirred into prepared Strawberry Danish Dessert. Just use enough Danish dessert to cover the strawberries. One package will easily make enough for two large cheesecakes.)
Chill at least 4 hours. (Flavor gets better with time.) |

Notes: I got this recipe from a dear friend Ann Marie. She made it and topped it with Blueberry Pie filling and it was so good I had to have the recipe.
