1 Can Corned Beef
1 1/2 qts. Sauerkraut
2 lbs. Hamloaf
2 c. Flour
3 Eggs
1 Box Panko Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Deep Fat Fryer to 325º F.
Mix then sprinkle with Flour to help stick together.
Roll into small balls.
Roll balls in bowl of beaten Eggs.
Roll balls in bowl of Panko Crumbs.
Deep Fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Freezes well. Reheat in oven at 325º F. or refry.
