2 lbs. Thick Cut Lamb Chops
Zest of 1 Lemon
4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
1 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary (Chopped)
1/2 tsp. Pepper (Ground)
1/4 c. Olive Oil
1 1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Garlic, Rosemary, Lemon Zest, Olive Oil, in a measuring cup. This will be the Marinade for the Lamb Chops.
Pour Marinade over Lamb Chops making sure to flip to cover both sides. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or as long as overnight. The longer they sit, the better!
When ready to grill, heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill Lamb Chops to sear both sides.
Increase heat to high and grill 2-3 minutes per side then lower heat to medium and grill another 5-6 minutes.
Serve when internal temperature is 150º F.
