Ingredients:  
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pound bacon in 1 inch pieces
1 pound sausage
2 cloves garlic chopped
3 celery stalks diced
1 medium onion halved and sliced
2 15 ounce cans crushed tomatoes (or 1big can)
4 15 ounce cans cannelloni beans
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste
pecorino cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Over medium high heat cook bacon and sausage until crispy

2. Add garlic, celery, onion and cook 10 minutes.

3. Stir in tomatoes and broth and bring to a boil

4. Add beans and simmer for 20 minutes

5. Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.

6. To serve garnish with cheese.
