10 Eggs
2 1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 pound bulk pork sausage cooked and drained
2 cups cubed good white bread
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs, milk, mustard and salt until combined. about one minute. Stir in the sausage, bread cubes and 1/2 the cheese. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Add the rest of the cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350 º for 30-40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
