Ingredients: 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix (can use sugar free) 8 OREO Cookies, chopped ((or use sugar free chocolate sandwich cookie) 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or use Regular Splenda) 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Sugar-Free Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding 3/4 cup oil 3/4 cup water 4 eggs 3/4 cup KAHLÚA Liqueur (coffee-flavored liqueur), divided 1 1/4 cup confectioners(or sugar free ready to spread icing heated)

Directions:Heat oven to 325ºF.
Mix first 7 ingredients and 1/2 cup liqueur; let stand 5 min. Pour into 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Meanwhile, mix remaining liqueur and powdered sugar.(or mix the sugar free frosting if you use that with 1 tbsp. liqueur...drink the rest LOL) Cool cake in pan 15 min. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife; invert onto wire rack. Gently remove pan; cool cake completely. Drizzle with icing of you choose or just sprinkle with a bit of powdered sugar instead.. |
