1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 small can chopped black olives
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup white wine
1 tbsp. dried tarragon
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Directions:

Combine ingredients. Form into a loaf and bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 deg. for 1 hour.
