Ingredients: 1 lb. Thick sliced bacon of your choice 1 - 12oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate 1 - 4oz bar white chocloate

Directions:1 - Cook Bacon & set aside to cool 2 - Melt both the semisweet chocolate and white chocolate in separate double boilers & whisk until completely smooth. Remove them from the heat. *** 3 - Dunk the bacon into the semisweet chocolate and make sure it is completely coated. Let excess drip off and lay on a parchment or waxed paper lined tray. Repeat with all the bacon slices. 4 - Drizzle the white chocolate over the chocolate covered bacon. 5 - Put tray in the refrigerator to set, about 20 to 30 minutes. 6 - Remove from the sheet tray to a serving dish and serve.
*** To Melt in Microwave Heat it on medium high for about 1 minute to start with. Remove from the microwave and stir. Repeat heating at shorter intervals, 15 to 20 seconds, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and has a smooth consistency |
