3 pounds sliced Venison or Beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/3 tsp black pepper
2 tsp seasoned salt like lawrys
2 tsp accent
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Venison about 3/8 inch thick to ensure total saturation while marinating
In large bowl combine soy, worchestershire and seasonings . Mix well with spoon, place meat strips in marinate make sure they are all coated. Put steps in zip lock bag and pour marinade over . Refrigerate overnight or longer. dehydrate
