6 large baking potatoes
1 cup oil
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until done. Cool slightly. Cut potatoes in half vertically. Scoop the insides out of the potatoes, leaving 1/4 inch of potato shell. Heat oil to 375º. Fry potatoes in hot oil for 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Fill the potato shells with cheese and bacon. Arrange in the prepared baking pan. Bake at 375º for 7 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream.
