2 - 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 cup minced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup finely minced celery
1/4 cup minced green onion
1/4 cup minced stuffed green olives
6-8 6inch flour tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until creamy. Add pepper, celery, onions and olives. Mix well. Spread each tortilla with mixture about 1/4 inch thick. Roll up tightly; wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces.
