3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 TBSP melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all but butter together in blender until smooth, avoid adding air. Add melted butter slowly . Chill until your'e ready to make crepes, from 30 minutes to several days. Using a 8-9 inch heavy skillet, coating bottom of skillet well, spoon in about 1/4 cup of the crepe batter, rolling the skillet around quickly to cover bottom of the pan. Cook for 1 minute , turn, cook for 1 minute. Go to the next crepe , eventually would will not have to butter the pan every time. Cool the crepes before stacking them on top of each other. Can fill with bananas, or mixed sliced strawberries with some lemon juice and sugar and let them sit for at least 30 minutes to let them soften and get really juicy, then roll up in crepe , can add nutella
