1 med head grated cabbage (or buy 2 bags of cabbage)
1 cup of sugar or to taste
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cabbage together. Add 1/4 cup sugar and toss; set aside.
2. In saucepan, mix 1 cup sugar, mustard, salt, celery seed, oil and vinegar together and bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Pour this mixture over cabbage and mix together.
4. Allow to chill at least 6 hours before serving, overnight is better if possible.
5. This will keep 10 days or a little longer in refrigerator.
