Use liquid left over from bird or roast. If you need more liquid, use chicken or beef stock.

Use liquid left over from bird or roast. If you need more liquid, use chicken or beef stock.
Skim off fat/oil on top of liquid.
Heat up to a slow boil. Add garlic and onion powder, salt & pepper & gravy master.
In a small bowl, mix equal amount of hot water and flour (you can use gluten-free flour) and make into a paste.
Whisk paste into slightly boiling liquid, whisking until its all blended and right texture. Continue to cook on medium low (light boil) for 3-5 minutes.
If too thick add more beef or chicken broth.
