1 pound of chicken breast
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
3 tablespoons Xyla Teriyaki Sauce
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup toasted cashews
Bibb lettuce leaves for serving.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt oil in large skillet and add the chicken already cut into bite size pieces.
2. Sprinkle the chicken with spices. Saute until chicken is cooked and no longer pink.
3. Add the teriyaki sauce and maple syrup and continue to stir for another 3-4 minutes.
4. Add in the cashews and stir until heated.
5. Let cool slightly and serve on Bibb lettuce leaves.
