4 chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp each of salt and pepper
4 tbs coconut oil
1 small package button mushrooms
1/4 cup marsala wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt coconut oil in a large skillet that has a lid. Cut chicken in half lengthwise to make it thinner and sprinkle with spices.
2. Brown the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Remove chicken and add sliced mushrooms. Pour wine into skillet to de-glaze the pan and stir mushrooms for one minute to let alcohol cook off.
4. Cover with lid and reduce heat to a simmer. Continue cooking covered for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked.
5. Serve immediately
