2 lbs. beef chuck, cut in 1" cubes
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
3 med. potatoes, quartered
3 med. carrots, 1/2" slices
1 c. onion, chopped
10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1/4 c. red wine
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf

Stir together all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
