1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. water
Pinch salt
2 c. (approx) flour
1/2 lb. ground beef
Chopped onion
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream and water in equal portions, depending on number of fleischkuchla needed. Add salt and enough flour to make a soft dough. Pinch plum-sized pieces of dough. Roll each in a circle.

Season raw hamburger to taste. Add onion as desired to meat. Insert in dough by laying hamburger on one side of the dough. Using a fork, flatten hamburger, making a half moon. Fold dough over. Cut around edge with sharp plate. Pinch edges to seal. Deep fry 375-400 until golden brown on both sides.
