1/4 c. olive oil
2 chicken breast fillets, sliced into strips
4 - 6 cloves garlic, pressed
1 qt. water
2 c. cauliflower, cut
2 c. broccoli, cut
1 c. mini carrots
1/2 red pepper, sliced
2 stalks celery, cut
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 T. chicken bouillon
1/3 c. soy sauce
Chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Steam oil, chicken and garlic in wok until chicken browns. Add 1 qt of water and veggies. Season with 1/3 c. or so soy sauce and a heaping tablespoon of chicken base. Steam until veggies are tender. Mix 1/3 c. cornstarch with water to make a runny paste. Add to chow mein to thicken gravy. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
