½ c. dried sweetened cranberries
8 oz. light cream cheese, softened

c. crumbled feta cheese (Trader’s Joes Crumbled Feta with Mediterranean Herbs is great!)
¼ c. chopped green onion
4 
large flour tortillas (spinach are pretty)
1 t. Fines Herbes (or any herb blend you like)

Directions:

Blend filling ingredients in a food processor or mixer. Spread on tortillas and roll up. Wrap in plastic and chill until firm and then slice.
