16 oz. Rotini, plus one handful macaroni
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, grated

Dressing:
1/2 c. sugar
1 pint mayonnaise
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Mix the dressing together. Mix together the pasta, peppers, onion and carrots. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture. Refrigerate.
