1/4 c. margarine
1 T. flour
1/2 c. apple jelly
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 3/4"-thick center cut ham slice, fat removed
1 18 oz. can yams, halved if large
spiced apple rings

In a 10" skillet, over medium heat, melt margarine. Add flour. Cook and stir 1 minute. Add jelly, sugar, and spices. Cook and stir until mixture reaches a rolling boil. Add ham and yams. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until ham and yams are heated through.
Arrange ham and yams on a platter; keep warm. Over medium-high heat, cook and stir sauce until it reaches desired consistency. Spoon sauce over ham and yams. Garnish with spiced apple rings.
