6 to 8 breaded chicken tenders
3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas
2 10 3/4 oz. cans Healthy Request condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown the chicken on both sides in a nonstick skillet. Spray a medium-sized casserole dish with vegetable oil cooking spray. Put the potatoes in the bottom of the casserole dish; add the peas for the second layer, and the chicken for the third layer. (Blot any excess fat that cooked out of the chicken with paper towels before adding.)
Mix the soup and 1 can of water with a wire whisk until smooth. Pour over casserole.
Bake about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until golden and potatoes are tender.
