6-8 fresh medjool dates
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
pinch of salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. honey
2 tsp. water

Icing:
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place nuts into food processor until crumbly.
Add dates and raisins and process again.
Add salt, cocoa, honey and peanut butter. Process until all come together.
IF the mix is too dry add a little water until the mix sticks together when pressed into a ball.
Press mix into a small lined container.

For Icing:
Mix cocoa, melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla and salt. Add water if too thick. Pour over raw chocolate slice. Put in freezer until icing firms up, then slice and enjoy.
