1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped

2/3 cup butter, melted
2 xtra-large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together brown sugar, flour and pecans. Add eggs and melted butter.
Mix well by hand.

Spray minipmuffin pans well (this is important) or use mini paper cups.
Fill each hole 2/3's full.
Bake for 16-17 min at 350º
Do not overcook.
Remove from oven, wait 30 seconds, then remove from muffin pan.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar
