6 slices bread
6 eggs, beaten
margarine
1 lb sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread. Spread slices with butter. Place in 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
Cook and crumble sausage until brown and drain well.
Spoon sausage over bread slices. Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs, half and half and salt - mix well and pour over cheese.
Cover casserole and chill over night. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
Bake casserole, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
