Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. real butter, softened
2 c. Peanut Butter (or small jar 18 oz)
2 1/2 - 3 lb. confectioners (10x) sugar (7 cups)
3 tsp. vanilla
1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 lb. paraffin wax

Directions:
Directions:
For best and easier result use a stand mixer.

Set butter out for a couple hours to soften. Cream butter, then add peanut butter and vanilla. Slowly add confectioners sugar a little at a time until you have added about 7 cups. This will be very thick, just keep tamping it down until you get a good mix. ( I used about a 2 lb. bag and about a third of another one) Scrape the sides and bottom of bowl to make sure its all mixed well and put bowl with mixture in refrigerator. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours and refrigerate for a couple of days before finishing.

Roll out peanut butter balls. After they are rolled put them in refrigerator or freezer to firm up before dipping.

Melt chocolate chips and 1/4 lb. paraffin wax. Dip peanut butter balls into chocolate and place of wax paper. When set up place in decorative tins or containers.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
**A candy dipping tool makes it easier to dip peanut butter balls into melted chocolate.

**Can also use milk chocolate chips instead of the semi sweet.
