3 lb. ground venison
2 c. cracker crumbs
2 c. water
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp sage

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but bottom 2 ingredients. shape into balls. Refrigerate overnight. Brown in oil in pan. Layer into baking dish. Top with mushroom soup mixed with can water. Bake 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
