1/2 pk. macaroni ring pasta
1 lb.medium size shrimp
2 medium size tomatoes
1/4 green pepper
Hellmans Mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste
water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook shrimp as directed and place in refrigerator to cool.
2. Cut tomatoes and pepper into small pieces
3. Cut shrimp into thirds
4. Cook pasta as directed adding 1 t. salt.
5. Drain pasta well
6. Add shrimp, tomatoes, green pepper, mayonnaise and salt/pepper to taste
7. Mix well and add more mayonnaise if necessary
8. Place salad in refrigerator for three hours
9. If salad seems dry, add water and mayonnaise to moisten
10. For best results, make one day before serving.

The shrimp makes this macaroni salad superb. Great to serve at a barbecue with cole slaw and potato salad. Cole slaw and potato salad recipes will also be included in this cookbook project.
